About me

I am Omkar Khandalkar, a Product Designer and Content Creator with a background in engineering and a passion for crafting intuitive digital experiences. My journey began in engineering, but I soon realized my true interest lay in designing pixels rather than refining pistons. Since then, I have focused on building interfaces that are not only functional but also delightful to use.

Currently, I work as a Design Analyst at Zeus Learning, where I redesign complex learning management systems used by over a million students. My work has helped improve usability, streamline user journeys, and enhance engagement across diverse stakeholders. I specialize in transforming intricate problems into simple, user-friendly solutions, leveraging design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, while grounding every decision in research and usability testing.

Beyond work, I am equally drawn to storytelling and creativity. Whether it is through content creation, podcasting, or photography, I explore the intersections of design, technology, and culture. These pursuits allow me to see design not just as a profession but as a way of connecting with people, evoking emotions, and solving problems.

I believe great design is where usability meets aesthetics, where people feel empowered and engaged through intuitive interaction. My goal is to continue shaping products that not only look good but also make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
